Family-Owned Brasserie

Artistry in
every pour

Our morning ritual begins at 5 AM. The smell of yeast, the hiss of the espresso machine, and the quiet arrangement of silverware. We don't just serve food; we curate moments of reprieve from the modern rush.

The Cellar Philosophy

Wine is the blood of the brasserie. Our collection is hidden beneath the floorboards of the main dining hall, housing over 400 labels ranging from accessible table wines to the legendary vintages of the 1980s.

The Midnight Menu

Brasserie

"At LiveOnFoods, the lights never truly dim. We are the sanctuary for the late-night poets and the early-morning dreamers."

Ingredients
With Memory

Every ingredient carries a lineage. Our butter is cultured for 48 hours. Our herbs are harvested at dawn. The flour comes from a fourth-generation miller who still grinds using stone. We believe taste is inherited — passed quietly from hand to hand.

A Room That Breathes

The dining hall was designed to whisper, not shout. Velvet drapery, brass fixtures aged by touch, and tables spaced generously to allow conversation to travel softly across candlelight.

Architecture is hospitality's silent partner.

Ritual

We believe dining is ceremony. A pause between chapters. A glass raised not for thirst, but for gratitude.

The Brigade

Our kitchen is not a workplace — it is a discipline. A brigade trained in patience, repetition, and respect.

The flame must be understood before it can be controlled.

An Evening Unfolds

From Aperitif
To Amaro

The experience begins with brightness — citrus, champagne, anticipation. It deepens into warmth — butter, reduction, tannin. It ends in reflection — espresso, dark chocolate, and quiet satisfaction.

Legacy

In 1985, LiveOnFoods opened its doors as a modest 6-table bistro in the outskirts of Paris. Founders Marc and Eloise had one goal: to serve the perfect Coq au Vin.

By the 90s, we had become a cultural hub. Today, we stand as a beacon of high-contrast dining, where the bold colors reflect the bold flavors of our heritage.

Our kitchen is a laboratory of tradition. We use the same copper pans from the 80s, believing that the metal holds the memory of every great meal ever cooked.

Beyond the
Table

Every ingredient is tracked back to its source. The heritage tomatoes from Marseille, the hand-churned butter from Normandy, and the sea salt harvested under the full moon.

Quality is our only metric.
